Sean McLelland

Sean, the Executive Director of the Outdoors Tomorrow Foundation (OTF), is a dedicated outdoorsman passionate about connecting kids with nature. Under his leadership, OTF’s educational reach has expanded dramatically—from over 20,000 students primarily in Texas to over 160,000 students per year across 50 states. Before joining OTF, Sean served as the Director of the Youth Target Foundation and as Director of Development for the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation. Additionally, he sits on multiple industry advisory boards. Sean has represented the United States in international shotgun competitions 17 times, including the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and he co-founded a nonprofit focused on advancing youth shooting sports. Sean’s background includes planning and managing large-scale outdoor events, creating proprietary programs for youth organizations, and designing technology solutions for scaling and efficiency. His initiatives have driven a 30% year-over-year growth in outdoor education programs through increased fundraising efforts. Outside of work, Sean enjoys hunting and fishing adventures with his wife and three sons.
